This Wedding Expo Was Made for DIY-Minded Brides

How amazing is this signage by A Practical Wedding?

If you were in San Francisco this past weekend and looking to hobnob with other like-minded, wedding-planning creatives, then you may have found yourself at Bold Italic‘s first-ever Love/Make Wedding Expo. Weirdly, we’ve been to a lot of wedding expos in our day (one of those odd weekend college jobs we took), and we’ve gotta say, this one was WAY different. Targeted towards lovers of DIY and all things awesome, the all-day event featured some really killer vendors, including written-word art projects from The Poetry Store, a flower crown station by Home Sweet Flowers, jams from the music-obsessed DJ duo Heart of Gold, and bridesmaid dresses from ModCloth (yup!).

Check out some fun snaps below:

This was a great event. I was honored to bring my Fox & Doll makeup and hair services to Love/ Make on Sunday, and was thrilled to be set up right next to you ModCloth ladies. xo Shana of Fox & Doll
